We want you to love your NestAway. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
How to request a return
Email us at nest.away@use.startmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Please include all parts of the product (mask and attached wrap).
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
