Free shipping

All orders ship free to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. During peak holiday periods, carriers may experience short delays.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at nest.away@use.startmail.com.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.

Lost packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days and we'll help resolve it.
